i'm new to the site. had a laminectomy 18 months ago ( diagnoised as L4-L5 spinal stenosis ). i no longer go nurab from the waist down due to standing/walking-and no pain anywhere. but i still am affected by leg weakness { up stairs particularly }, nurabness/tingling in the feet-mostly in the right foot { especially in the arches and made worse by sitting on hard surfaces }, and sensitive { not painful however } right leg from the foot about 1/2 way up to the knee. any help greatly appreciated.
