I was injured at work in 2007, had a microdiscectomy and laminectomy at L5-L5 but also had herniated discs at L3-L4 and L5-S1. In June of this year I was getting ready for work and felt a pain in my lower back, I went to working thinking it would pass and within 2 hours was is SO much pain I couldn't get out of my chair. I was taken to the ER, saw my dr 2 days later and was admitted for IV pain management. About 2 weeks ago I started getting alot of tingling and heavy/ nurab feeling from my waist down to the bottom of my feet. Especially in my feet. I called and spoke to the dr he said it could be my nerves healing. He asked if I had any bladder/ bowel problems and I said no. I was erabarrased to tell them that I occasionaly get some leaking. Not just the weak bladder leak with a cough or sneeze but just leaking out of nowhere. I'm a bit nervous. Does anyone have any suggestions to make the tingling more bearable?
