Ok, so ive had this problem for a while, in my legs (mainly my right one) I get this tingly numb feeling in my leg(mainly my feet), I think it started after i felt similar kind of pain in my private parts (embaressing I know) and have experienced it in my hand and ear since as well(right side). Ive been to see doctors twice about it over the course of 3 years but they couldnt identify what it was apart from maybe a trapped nerve. The second time when the doctor checked my leg he said the circulation was running fine with it. If it was a trapped nerve wouldnt it of healed by now? I tried exercising but that didnt make it go away and im particularily worried because I have signed up to go to a martial arts class next week and am worried im not going to be able to give my full potential due to the tingling, i threw a kick in the air with my right foot and the tingliness came. My feet also sometimes tingle whilst urinating. Ive been asking about this to people for a while but no one seems to know what it is... Any advice please?

You don't have diabetics do you? Tingling in your feet and left leg, does your left leg hurt real bad. Maybe you should go to another doctor and get a second opinion. On Fox News on Sunday with Dr Rosenberg you can write in to him and he can give you some good advice. It could be a pinched nerve.

Hi markus1,

Your situation sounds like spine problems, could be cervical, lumbar and sacral, or all of the above. It is common to have problems in these areas all at once.

Your circulation would show up fine, as the problem is in the nerves. Tingling in 'that' area mostly suggests lower spine problem, although tingling while urinating is often from neck. Tingling in feet can be lower spine, but in arms, hands and ears is from the neck. See how confusing this can be?

I strongly suggest you get an MRI of at least these areas before kicking anything at all. Even air.

All the best,
choc
