About 3 weeks ago I noticed a spot on my back that felt like there was a piece of hair tickling it. My hair isn't that long.. so I put my hand back there to try to find it only to realize that there was no hair. This happened while I was standing over the stove. The next day at the same exact time, it happened again.. while I was cooking dinner. It's been happening regularly now but it has turned into a tingling sensation that has overcome an area the length of a banana. It is in my mid-back region right next to my spine. It started on the left side but it seems to be spreading over top my spinal cord and going to the right. I notice it most if I am sitting in a chair or doing the dishes. The sensation has changed from a tiny tickle now to full blown tingling and the feeling that there is a cold pack on my back. I'm only 28. I do have 3 kiRAB and had an epidural with all three that only worked on one side. My dad has a degenerative disc disease and I am already plagued by bad posture but its mainly from my inward gait (pigeon-toed). I'm at a loss as to what it could be but with three small children I have a hard time getting to a doctor without them to get an xray. Any thoughts?
