timing markers 1991 chevy pickup?

i have a 1991 chevy pickup, with a 4.3l engine, the timing markers have been painted. can anyone tell me what they are? thanks
 
The longest pointer is 0 deg. BTDC. On the short end there is 2 and 4 Deg. on the long side there are 2,4,6,8,and 10 Deg. .
If I'm not mistaken your ECM controls Timing. Therefore the marks are irrelevant.
