Timing chain replacement for 4.6L V-8 Ford?

If you have a timing 'chain', there should be no need for replacement unless you are overhauling the engine. If you have a timing 'belt', you're looking at about 75,000 miles for replacement.

No recommended mileage to replace a timing chain. Timing belts are generally recommended to be changed at 100K.
