Either the Haynes manual or the Pontiac Service Manual for your vehicle should give you specific directions on how to replace the timing chain. If you're still having trouble then you can ask a service station if they have access to ALLdata and, if so, if they will print out the instructions for you. If you still aren't having any luck, your best bet would be to take the vehicle to a mechanic or seek help from someone local who is more familiar with the vehicle.
