The New York Times launched a new version of their front page today, "Times Extra," that incorporates up to eight related or supporting blog posts and news articles from outside sources, including news firms the Times could be seen as in direct competition with. The Grey Lady is only lightly treading in the content-aggregation/link-friendly waters, though—you have to click the "Extra" button in the upper right to get the extra sources, and the cookie switches back to a standard view after 24 hours.
