I have contacted the BBB twice. I have no other options than TWC. I have ran speed test and can prove my slow internet from almost 2 years back! During high times of use the "congestion" get so bad I get slower than 56k speeds. Tonight for instance (and every night basically) I have a 365 MS ping, .57 down and .49 upload...Ridiculous! I'm paying for the turbo package, had the technicians change my modem numerous times, ran trace routes, they have checked the lines and even admitted to my problem (overloaded nodes). What must I do? I have contacted the better Business bureaus twice now. I gave up for a while and dealt with it, but now im back at it again. I am slated to have my 6th (maybe) 5th (i lost count) technician come out in two days. My current plan is just to keep calling the 1800 number, they run the test and agree my internet blows and will then dispatch a tech. I read somewhere if you just keep calling and complaining (and having techs sent out and remember for me to have a tech sent out they have to confirm that my internet is slower than molasses) eventually some "supervisor" somewhere will see my problem and start asking my local office what the heck the problem is, and why cant they fix it. ANY IDEAS MY FELLOW XBOX GAMERS?!?!
