Time to Upgrade!!

Hi,

I was wondering if someone can help me decide which phone to get from
Telus. I've had the same phone for quite a few years now and I think I need an upgrade. Currently I have a Samsung A540 and althought I am pretty happy with the phone & never had any problems with it besides bad reception sometimes, I think it's time to get a new phone that isn't prehistoric. I had a look at a few phones but I'm debating which one to choose. I've been looking at:

- Moto KRZR K1
- Samsung U510
- Samsung SPH-M620
- Samsung A720
- LG 8600 Chocolate Flip
- ZTE D90 Fastap
- Nokia 6265i
- Motorola W385


I'd like my phone to have...
- A good camera
- Supports email, instant messaging and chat
- Web browsing
- OBEX/Bluetooth/Infrared or whatever
- Lots of memory/Has a memory card slot
- Good for fast text messaging
- Good reception
- Durability


If possible perhaps a phone that is easy to hack/flash as well.

Any other suggestions?

PS: Does anyone know if Telus will be getting the Samsung U600, Nokia 8600 Luna or Moto KRZR K3
