Tim Tebow or Philip Rivers - Final Call?

I really don't know what to do. It's frustrating. Right now, I'm starting Rivers. But I'm not sure who to pick here. Rivers got two INT's against the Jets, the best D in the NFL right now, in the fourth quarter when he was rushing to get stuff done. Vincent Jackson was on Revis Island and Antonio Gates was limited. This week, Jackson should be much better off with the Chiefs' below average pass defense and Gates should be ramped up. Tim Tebow is against the Lions, who I can see sacking him a lot and rushing him as they know his style. But Tebow is very dynamic and can get a lot of rushing yards. Combined with Rivers' terrible performance against the Chiefs week 3 and a mediocre performance all year with a LOT of INT's, I don't know who to pick.

Rivers or Tebow? Who do I start?
