I have been have battery drain problems with my 1999 Mazda Millenia. I remember when I bought it the man said the power tilt has a short in it. I think that's what's causing the drain. I just want my dad to disconnect the power tilt, I really have no use for it and it's doesn't really need to be fixed right now. So my question is how do you disconnect the tilt motor, and do you have to take the steering column off to do it.
