Tile Layer Pro (1.1) - Aligning NES ROM Image?

Okay, so i have just started using Tile Layer Pro, and have loaded up Super Mario Bros 2 for NES. I dont have any troubes so far with it except i dont know how to align the images so that i can see the full super mario/peach etc. There just all broken up into little bits.. How do i find all the images of a particular image? In the tile arranger it only allow me to out one image at a time in and i have to still organise them myself, please help..
