Ok, I just got back from my 6 month appointment with my back surgeon. Everything is going well, no more sciatica! HOWEVER, I have perm nurabness in my root foot on the heel, little toe and outside. I can live with that. About 3 months ago, I would wake up and not be able to put any pressure down on my right heel for about 1 hour. That still is happening. My doctor told me that I have a tight heel cord. What causes that? Does it have something to do with the Sciatica or nerve dammage?
