Tight Chest, Lower Back Pain, Short breathing.

Hello, Im currently new to the forum so sorry if this is the wrong section.

I'd like to know if this is a serious case or not, and what should I do?

I woke up this morning with upper abdominal pains (below ribs and above abs) and a very tight chest. My lower back is aching and with certain body movements, the 'UAP' starts happening. Also, my breathing would get shorter trying to gasp for air with these movements. As i take the deep breaths, the 'UAP' would happen again and have a tight chest feeling.

Some extra info.
- I'm physically fit due to rugby league and athletics (speed, power) requirements.
- My diet is fairly poor, mainly consists of breads, dairy products and meat products. Sometimes Salads.
- I have had asthma before, but by the age of 6, signs of asthma wasn't appearing so im sure ive 'out grown' asthma.
- I have had this problem before (2weeks ago) but with time, it went away.

Please reply with basic terms, as i don't have much knowledge of human body and its components.

Have you had any recent injury or illness, or history of lung/abdominal issues? You mentioned certain movements you can bring on pain. What are they? Did the pain come on suddenly, or gradual? How would you describe the pain? Does the pain travel anywhere else? You mentioned lower back, is it middle of the body or more to the outside?

Pain with deep inhale often means a lung or chest wall issue. The other issue could be gall bladder. Although, as the pain was early morning onset, that would be unlikely as most GB pain comes after a meal. Any cough? If so, does it produce anything?

I've only had a shoulder injury from a car accident but thats about it. I havn't had any illness's due to a strong immune system. No history of lung, abdominal issues, besides getting winded alot during rugby league (overcome that problem now)

Basically, bending over (forward and backward) that sharp pain at a certain angle. And 'twisting' the body for stretching, training purposes.

The pain is a sharp pain as if your chest is being pulled/broken in half. (from the inside). The lowerback pain is in the middle where the spinal cord is.
Everytime i cough, the pain inside my chest (right in the center) starts and i lose air and struggle to get more air as if im winded, and no, nothing is produced.

I would go in and see your doctor about it. Once it could have been a pulled muscle. But with it happening again, there may be a pattern, or something more serious than just a muscle pull. It could also be something like pleurisy, which is an inflammation of the lining of the lung. Could be from infection, a hit on the rugby field, or no real known cause.
