Hello, Im currently new to the forum so sorry if this is the wrong section.
I'd like to know if this is a serious case or not, and what should I do?
I woke up this morning with upper abdominal pains (below ribs and above abs) and a very tight chest. My lower back is aching and with certain body movements, the 'UAP' starts happening. Also, my breathing would get shorter trying to gasp for air with these movements. As i take the deep breaths, the 'UAP' would happen again and have a tight chest feeling.
Some extra info.
- I'm physically fit due to rugby league and athletics (speed, power) requirements.
- My diet is fairly poor, mainly consists of breads, dairy products and meat products. Sometimes Salads.
- I have had asthma before, but by the age of 6, signs of asthma wasn't appearing so im sure ive 'out grown' asthma.
- I have had this problem before (2weeks ago) but with time, it went away.
Please reply with basic terms, as i don't have much knowledge of human body and its components.
