/tiffany_test.asp?res=low added onto the end of a url when i try to go to the page?

I am trying to log onto a site in my college's website. I can access it from two laptops in my home, but if I try to log in from my desktop, the link adds /tiffany_test.asp?res=low onto the end of the url and it shows as " the page cannot be found"

the website i am trying to access is :

http://ccga.edu/current/technology/gaview

but when i try to access it switches to

http://ccga.edu/current/tiffany_test.asp?res=low and won't allow access to it via my desktop

the laptops work just fine without the /tiffany_test.asp?res=low popping up

any idea what is going on and how to repair the issue?
