Tiff to PDF converter ?

Hi, I need the help of somebody clever and more experienced than me. I am attempting to convert a multi page .tiff file to a PDF format. All the converters I've tried say they've converted the image, but when viewed only the first page of each document has been converted, excluding the ensuing pages. Is there any software out there that will fulfil my needs or an alternative solution to my problem? Grateful for any feedback.
