thyroid !!!!!

hello everyone, got told yesterday that i had an overactive thyroid, free thyroxines at 32,t3 6.2 and tsh not detected, i then got phone call from my gp saying that my symptoms ie
( being so tired and putting on weight even tho i am no a diet ) doesnt match test results so i have 2 have the test done again allso have 2 go see the specialist has any one any idea what could be wrong, test results or maybe not my thyroid at all thanks so worried here as i have allready had breast cancer and imagination is running riot

You should post this on the Thyroid board...many knowledgeable people over there that could answer any questions you might have. Did your doctor do a Free T4 test and the antibodies test for Hashimoto's? According to many things I've read on the Thyroid board, you can be BOTH hypo and hyperthyroid with Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
