Throbbing pain in outer upper right arm

I have been having some throbbing pain off and on in outer upper right arm for the past day and a half. My blood pressure in left arm is 132/84 pulse is 65. I have not been taking my beta blocker could this be the problem.
 
I have been having some throbbing pain in my upper outer left arm for the past day and a half. My blood pressure is 134/85 pulse is 65. I have not been taking my beta blocker, however I am taking cardizem, moduretic, cozaar, lipitor, metformin.81 mg aspirin a day, and potassium. The beta blocker I am suppose to take is Bystolic.
