I Have acid Reflux very much, gives me so much paine, I'm using Nexium (before 20 mg, now 40 mg).
I feel at the back of the throat close to the mouth very tight and I have difficulties swallowing the food or sometimes even the water, and feel my throat very tired, and uncomfortable,
Doe this mean may be another kind of disiase of my muscle ...?

Acid reflux comes all the way up into the throat and sometimes the mouth. I have had burning of the throat - even lost my voice once - and burning sensation in the mouth. I believe it can thicken the tissues creating the sensation you describe. I wouldn't worry about it being amuscle thing.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounRAB like you may have LPR(Laryngopharyngeal Reflux). It's when acid or pepsin is refluxed up into your upper airway(larynx, pharynx, mouth, and in some cases into your sinuses). It can cause of lot of the symptoms that you've described. Only an ENT can give you a definitive diagnosis, by looking into your throat (through your nose) with a laryngoscope to check for redness and swelling.
