Throat infection

I have this thing that i can only describe as a little yellow bit that looks like a chip of a nut and it is extremely stinky and occasionally come out of my throat if i cough hard enough for it to come out.

i have had this before and never took notice. until once i got lung infection, took antibiotics and it went completely (along with the lung infection)
however recently it has come back. when it appears it feels like i've got a bit of food stuck in my throat and can't get it out.

can anyone help me? i'd like to know what it might be and how i can get rid of it?
 
Thats pretty common. I wouldn't worry about that. I get that a couple of times a year. I am glad I am not the only one. lol I coughed real hard a couple of weeks back and it felt like something was stuck back there. It came out of my tonsil and then went down. Yuck! And it is nasty stinky! I have heard it is food that has gotten stuck in there. I am not exactly sure. But I have had it on and off for years. Nothing to worry about. ok :angel:
