I have had a problem were every 2-3 hours my nose blocks up. I use Xylo-Comod Nasal Spray to clear it out. The nasal spray is used 5-6 times a day with one spray in each nostril. This has been happening for about year now. I have tried changing and moving furniture or anything that I may be possibly allergic too inorder to know if i have an allergy of something, but no. My throat is also affecting me because sometimes I feel as if there is mucus or something blocking the way. When this occurs, I feel as if I can't talk properly and can't prononce worRAB correctly.

If used for more than a few days in a row, this product produces a rebound effect. This means it causes the problem you are trying to correct. You need to discontinue use and go to a saline spray or rinse instead.

Probably PND (post nasal drip). Try a regular antihistamine if the change in sprays doesn't take care of that.

Unfortunately, the spray is the most likely culprit. As Titchou mentioned it causes rebound swelling and, after a few days of use, causes the problem it is designed to treat.

You may well have allergies or something else causing some congestion but, until you get off the spray, you'll never be able to figure out what's going on.

So I try out switching to an Antihistamine rather than Xylo-Comod? For some reason when I get drunk. Or not drunk but say 2-3 glasses, my throat (only) becomes perfectly fine and I can talk perfectly normal.

I don't know if you need an antihistamine. What you need is to get off that nasal spray. It's causing a lot - or maybe all - of your problem. Once you get off it, you'll find out whether or not you need an antihistamine.
