Three states went on a black out city went crazy and wild?

Okay yesturday the street lights stopped working cars running into each other EVERY STORE in town closed and well they said there might be a terriost threat so everyone in town freaked out it was from mexico arizona and sandiego thru orange county.. people were in stores trying to buy ice and water becus they said it might be like this for two days plus gas stations weren't working... at night the moon light shinned so bright... I never knew a moon could shine that bright until every light in state was cut off. We had no electricty. No cold water. But my main question is.. what was I experincing? I was picturing terriost planes bombing us cus they said terriost threat and my heart started beating sooo FAST to the point I could hear my heart beat beating hard and loud in my ears it felt like it never took a breath to pause on pounding plus wen I was breathing steadily I was still breathing hard and my head got light headed felt like I was going to pass out... what was that? Btw ppl robbed stores at night
