Three riddles for you to solve.

1. WHAT IS THIS THING?
My first is found in blood and also in battle.
My second be in acorn, and in oak.
My third and fourth be twins, both the same.
Living in the center of sorrow, and twice in refrain.
Aye, my fifth begins eternity, yet ends here.
My last shall be the first of last. Never fear!

2. WHAT ARE THEY?
Small are we, and limited in skill,
Yet, a mission to win, and trained to kill.
We are VIII in number, giving no slack.
Protecting our King from the foes' attack!

3. WHAT IS THIS, IF NOT A WOMAN?
I am quite shy; I live as a hermit.
Suddenly I appear for masses to marvel at.

I'm seen in the distance, glistening with rain
Try to search for my home - it'll end in vain.

Too enchanting to see up close; be ye content from afar,
For, you know, my beauty rivals that of the brightest star!

Please star if you like these.
GOOD LUCK!
