healthy 50 year old male extremely good health, very active, physician, has presented three weeks ago with c/o GI dysfunction. Patient has had biopsy of small intenstines with confirmation of "thread worms"???? Patient has hospitalized times three with lost of fluid, neuro signs, hives on thighs, patient was unable to eat solid food after consumption severe abdominal pain with nausea and multiple BM's. Patient has had two rounds of recommended medication without success. Patient unable to decrease IV fluids without increased heart rate and b/p. Patient become irritable and is unable to sleep or rest. Patient recently had onset of chest/lung pain was not transferred to ICU per his request was ordered Ativan. Patient requested repeat chest CT which showed blood clots bilaterally. Per patient previous CT showed "Shadowing in the lower lung lobe bilaterally was advised by physician was due to "not taking enough deep breaths".
We need help he is not improving he is declining, we are afraid that he is going to die. Please help us he is an excellent physician to not only his patients, but his staff.
please help up find a facility an answer a physician anybody that can help us as nothing is fitting together and the physicians only are able to see the box my doctors does not fit the box we need somebody to think outside the box.
Please help us we are begging or anything to save our doctor and our friend.
