I'm 15 years old, I wrote this poem, I want to know what you guys think, what do you like and dislike and why, what do you think this is talking about, and what is the feeling you get from it (depressed, happy, scared, tormented, etc.)

Haunted Child

Gaze into the eyes of a haunted child
And you will see what you fear the most
The hatred, the terror, the lost innocence
Caged behind the young tranquil--tortured, eyes of a haunted child
You will see the past, the kindred spirits, the happiness
Slaughtered
By the overbearing emotions hidden in those eyes
There is no glimmer, no hope beneath.
The fears gathered one upon another
Like emotional cataracts rendering him blind
Behind the eyes of a haunted child is the thing we all fear
We all strive for
Blankness.
To erase the past, deafen the cries of that haunted child,
Through the overwhelming sound of silence.
Blinded now, deafened now, and no regret,
For by making this haunted child helpless
You-- can forget.

It's brilliant but you sound like you're possibly very depressed and moments from committing suicide. Your poem is saturated in hopelessness.

If you feel this bad please get help.

Now.
