I love stick cricket in my ipod. I am wondering what are people's high score and their thoughts on the game or tips? I only play the free, 5-over game. My high score of 156 has come after about 10 months of playing. Formerly it was 139 - I was on this for ages and thought I'd never beat it. Then once I got 140 (6 off last ball, what a feeling!), then soon after the new records (for me) went over like cards, I got 141 then 145. Then, cracked the century and a half barrier by getting 151 (6 off last ball, pull over mid wicket off the leggie). Then, seriously, I equalled this THREE MORE TIMES! (i.e. i made 151 four times). How annoying, especially since I needed 6 off the last ball twice to beat it, and hit a 4 to equal (choking I guess). On another occasion I needed 28 off the last over and got about 25 (choke!). Then, about a week ago, I was on 150 with one ball left, and smashed a 6! hence 156 is now my high score, possibly never to be beaten by me.

Call me sad, but I save the scoreline on my phone: scores per over: 34, 30, 30, 30, 32 (last over: 4,6,6,4,6,6). Total of 20 sixes, 9 fours. Pietersen 96 off 18, Strauss 60 off 12. I made 156 including one dot ball! (non scoring ball) It was during the off spinner's over (4th over), but the other 5 balls went for sixes.

So what are the 10 over games like? Do they have the same bowlers bowling 2 overs each, or new bowlers with new swing/quirks you have to learn? Occasionally I have trouble with a bowler, I just use the new "academy" the game now has and practice. Which is what I did with the offspinner before i set 156. (There is one ball of this off spinner it's really hard to tell whether to play on the off side or the leg side, anyone else find). Anyway enough of this, let me know your thoughts on stick cricket. I like the right-left hand combo, I think it gives more of a feel of individual "scores".
