thoughts about suboxone and methadone

i have been on the pill form of methadone for 2yrs and have been on suboxone for 3 different times now and currently taking it as we speak.for some nutty reason the other day while disolving the suboxne i had a crazy thought that i would like to throw out at ya.when you go to the methadone clinic and take the liquid methadone it has a orangy look and taste to it,well after some thought,you know,suboxone has that same kind of orangy look and taste to it also.my question is WHY?????what is the deal with the orange flavoring or whatever it is that is used for both medicines??i have never really noticed this until now and it seems like it is the same thing as far as the flavoring is concerned.what you you guys and gals think about this>>>???

Hi,
Just letting you know that the methadone has a strong araber colour but is mixed with orange cordial to dialute it. The sub im not really sure as i had it in white tablet form then crushed and put under the tounge.... )))
