Thought and ideas regarding this exercise plan?

I'm a 17yr old female, about 50-51kg (110lbs)

At the moment i am doing a routine which involves doing 1-3 bodyweight resistance workouts each day, and generally one rest day per week.
They go for about 40-50mins each, and incorperate cardio intervals.
An example is:

50 lunges, 50 pushups, 50 side leg raises (per side), 50 bicycle crunches
2 minutes of jumping rope (fast)
40 lunges, 40 pushups, 40 side leg raises (per side), 40 bicycle crunches
2 minutes of jumping rope (fast)
30 lunges, 30 pushups, 30 side leg raises (per side), 30 bicycle crunches
2 minutes of jumping rope (fast)
20 lunges, 20 pushups, 20 side leg raises (per side), 20 bicycle crunches
2 minutes of jumping rope (fast)
10 lunges, 10 pushups, 10 side leg raises (per side), 10 bicycle crunches
2 minutes of jumping rope (fast)

OR

20x extended arm crunches, side plank (rise up, hold for a few seconds, lower), V-crunches/sits, reverse crunches
This is one round, to finnish each round hold plank position for 1 minute, twice.
Repeat the whole circuit 3-5 times.

Is this likely to build and help me to maintain a strong figure and look defined?
