I was wondering if anyone could relate. First a little background on me. About a year and a half ago, I had a three level L3-S1 360 lurabar fusion. This was my 5th back surgery in a four year span. I am feeling much better now and can live with the amount of pain I have on a daily basis. My question is has anyone who has had a lurabar fusion, experienced thorasic pain in the years following. I just started having it recently. I think it is due to the fact that I no longer bend in the normal area, so I have started bending higher. I know I shouldn't but I think I do it without realizing it. So now I sort of have a burning in the middle of my back and am really worried that I have injured my thorasic area. I was hoping someone else may be able to relate.

I can definatly relate Kaia!
Have you tried icing it, anti inflammatories? anything?

I hope you haven't done anything permanent but you may have just aggravated or inflamed it.

Your body has been thru alot in four years and the healthy parts are probably trying to protect the hurting parts. You will have to amke the concious decision to take care of yourself and bend at the knees and keep that back straight! You don't want surgery nyraber 6, right? Ouch!

I am praying for you today!!

Blessings,
