I have been diagnosed with TOS, I'm a court reporter and years of bad posture on the job has gotten me th where I'm at now. Docs say there's no surgery for this but I am not giving up. Lately, while I'm reporting in that awful posture (which I try to correct constantly) I am having a terrible time staying awake - I become instantly sleepy and can barely keep my eyes open. I feel like it's somwhow connected with TOS, maybe oxygen getting cut off? I can't find any information relating the two. Have you experienced that????
 
Recently dianosed with bilateral TOS, worse on the left. I am sleepy, but probably due to muscle relaxers, which are not helping with this. estella
