well im extremely constapated. i had bowel movements yesterday but it hurt really bad. im taking stool softeners but it still doesnt help. i gave birth to my daughter on 1/5/10 and she was 8 pounds 8 ounces so i have a large tear down there. im so afraid if i push too hard that my stitches will come apart so its very very painful. what should i do?
