do you discuss? When you are married or in a committed relationship with a man, do you discuss your intimate details of your marriage/relationship? Do you discuss your marriage problems? What do women discuss? Sex? Sex in the city?

Men want to know...

Depends. Sometimes we (me and my friends) talk intelligently. Sometimes we gossip. We discuss men. What makes us mad about them. What we like about them. When it's good, when it's not (you know what I mean.) Then we get a few drinks in us and decide it doesn't matter after all.

We talk about everything from the new type of face wash we just tried to the new sexual position we just tried.

Seriously.

It's not so generic as that. I have girlfriends with whom I can discuss the nitty-gritty of my sex life with and I have as many who are uncomfortable talking about sex at all. More often, we discuss sex in the general sense and not about specifics with our mates.

As for discussing marriage problems, there are a VERY select few with whom I would feel safe confiding in. You have to be careful about that. If all you do is complain about your mate and you never talk about the good things they do, your friends either start to dislike your mate or they get tired of you complaining and suggest you leave him.

women are dirtier then we men are,
i want to know the answer to your question as well.

All of the above... I talk about the more personal issues and problems of my relationship with my two best friends. I discuss some aspects of sex with them, but not everything. We don't really discuss penis size or anything like that. We might cover if it's good or bad, what we like or don't like, and if there are any interesting things that happen in bed. We talk about clothes, memories, Sex and the City, friends (good and bad), we gossip about alot of insignificant things, jobs, we complain about our weight, etc.

no we don't talk about are sex life with our partners. no way . we talk about our lives mostly what is going on with our lives. work school, and we actually don't talk about our husbands that much unless they did something really sweet or did something that got us pissed but we usually talk nonsense and about ourselves.

We talk about everything. We talk about sex and we complain to each other sometimes.

Preety much everything and anything!
What he does right... wrong.... everything when you got's a friend that you cn trust there are no topic limitations!

Cooking, recepies, kids, school, shopping, diets, pediatricians, work, the gas bill...............the list goes on.

If we're close friends we mostly talk about men and sex otherwise we talk about kids, work, fashion, in-laws, friends, ...

I've never liked talking about my private stuff with friends. Maybe some times -hardly ever- to my very best friend. But, never just to "any" friend. We talk about our kids, about clothes, shoes, make up, hair, shopping, exercise, diets (typical!), etc. We do talk about our husbands, but not about our sex life.

Why do men want to know?

The good looking men we see, shopping and the children... We only discuss husbands if they did something really wrong

We talk about everything. Work, our mates, money issues, pop culture, politics, pets, cooking, travel. With my two best girlfriends we are all in committed relationships, have dogs, and have no kids by choice. So we talk about the above and more. We don't talk about sex in detail (not like Carrie et al) but we do talk about our physical relationships too. Really every topic is fair game.
