it was chilling in the night yesterday
I was sleeping in my room nicely covered with blankets
a cat was howling outside to beat the chill
usually what I do when my sleep gets disturbed is I make the cat disappear by scaring it
but I did not intervene yesterday as I thought it was not justified [I tried to place myself in the position of the helpless cat]
