I have been/Am Fighting Mental problems, and had them for 4 Years This really is my last Shot at life
I won't get over my Problems, I already know this So I am trying to cope, with them instead.
If everything goes wrong and I fail again I really think I will give up on life.
It's hard as cbt and therapy wasn't helpfull to me, So i am trying to deal with this in my own way just me and my family. Has anyone ever felt like you've battled through everything and still find no joy in your life ?
