dnt know the correct term but you know when ur hair is near the TV and how it sticks to it,,well that happening now whenever any object is near my hair including my face and hands!

I didnt use or put anything on it except for shampoo! and the last time that happened was when i was out of shampoo for 4 days < i assumed that was the reason
 
It's called static electricity and the reason is probably because you are wearing a sweater that helps it and every time you take of the sweater it just gets charged up again for more information research static electricity.
 
do you use a harsh bristle brush?

you have electricity running through your body. it just stimulates through your hair and makes it static.

often to get rid of electricity you have to touch something else that is a strong conductor of electricity like a car door. but im not sure if it will work with your hair.

try using a different hair brush and put some smoothing serum in it everyday. but wash it regularly.
