Several months ago i measured my whole body, around my thighs, my waist, my hips, upper arms etc. then i weighed 114, now i weight 119, but i just remeasured myself, and every thing was exactly the same! i'm glad because i was wondering why all of my cloths still fit, but still. i grew about 3/4 of an inch, could that be it? i didn't think height weighed very much, i have a healthy body image, the measurements were for sewing, but this surprised me.

yeah you problably just got taller or you burned fat and gained muscle really fast.

Yes, it does have something to do with your height. But probably you just gained some muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so even though your weight goes up, you still look the same, you just have some extra muscle, which is good! So keep doing what you are doing, you're fine!

well, if you have been working out or lifting weights lately, the 5 gained pounds is more than likely muscle. muscle weighs more than fat, so it is very possible that you lost fat and gained muscle. also, muscle is more compact than fat.

For about every inch you grow you gain about 3 pounds. So the 3/4 an inch did add some weight, and you probably gained more muscle, which weighs more than fat.

You just gained some muscle or you just had more food or water in your belly that made you weight a little more.
