I have the following so don't say them.
Fable 2
Call of Duty World at War
Battlefield Bad Company
Halo 3
Left 4 Dead.
ill take any others as well though.

or gmod my bro has it!! and he likes the games that u have he has most of the ones u mentiond
 
If you haven't played COD 4 yet, you must get that, especially since it appears as though you enjoy shooters by the types of games you said you owned. It is by far one of the best shooters on consoles today, with good graphics and an awesome multiplayer. Ghostbusters seems more like a novelty type game, but it could turn out okay.
