This is so weird! How do I deal with such flashback?

Ok, so as a little kid I used to be afraid of Stand fans. I know this is weird and embarrassing, but hopefully I pretty much got over it as a 9- 10 year old. When I was 11 - 12 years old, this thing came back me being a 7th grade (by that time I lived in my home country Dominican Republic) but this time with a ceiling fan that would hit the walls of the classroom and make a noise as if the building was being knocked down and the fan just bouncing against the wall. Since 9th grade I live here in the U.S. and that year I got a technology class that had stand fans in it, but I could get over it. This year I'm in 11th and my ESOL class has a noisy stand fan. Yesterday when I went into the cafeteria to get breakfast I noticed it was really hot (the perfect chance to use the fan) so I just lost my appetite and went back out really nervous. hen I was in class, it was quite colder so the fan didn't get used (thanks god) but I was having flashbacks from 7th grade. Ok in case the fan got used, I could pretty muck suck my nerves in, but it would interfere with my concentration nor my grades like it did in 7th grade. Now here's the tricky part, In 7th grade the whole class knew about the issue, so they would stop using the fan that hit the wall, but on the other hand I got teased a lot. Ok, I need and advise on how to control those nerves because I'm almost 16 and I'm not planning to share this with the teacher, nor the classmates. That class is full of Dominicans and noddy Venezuelans that mess with me. I'm not telling anyone because I would probably get teased the same way or even worse than in 7th grade and there are hot girls too. My parents, hell no not telling them, they probably forgot ans used to tease me as well. The only two that know are my best causins. Not talking bout this, so just tell me how to avoid nerves.
