Jus recently i checked my reward status and i was rewarded a pell grant plus some other reward equaling up to $2,0611. Now jus checking my school web page they downsized my reward to $863! I was not notified of any transactions except the one i paid for for my classes. What must i do to find out why the money was taken without any notification? Have anyone experienced this conflict and what did you do?
