i was crossing my street and i had a handgun (a small one and i have a permit ) in my hand when i was hit by i car ( im ok) but i flew into the air a great amount and as i did the gun fired and shot and killed the driver and im due for court what could i be sentenced for if anything
im not kidding this really happened HELP
 
Well, it could be man slaughter, which means it was an accident, the guy did hit you, I would not worry too much, a lawyer can easily defend this case you have.

But out of curiosity, what sort of idiot drives around with one hand on a gun and the other on the wheel? You clearly don't understand the responsibilities a gun owner has.
