This is my story about Lumbar disc. any has the same experience?

:wave: Hello I am 26 years old, working at busy bank. I feel my lower back pain since Oct last year. I went to hospital to have a body exam. Two pieces of my lurabar has been shifted, one has 8mm and another one have 4mm. The doctor suggest to take an operation, after the treatment and physical exercise, and two dozen of Pain relief herbal liniment and Pain relief herbal plaster and I have recovered 70% to 80%, now I can easily left my both legs. But I still feel my lower back pain. Why I use all herbal product, I will explain later.

As the memorandum for myself to avoid to getting this situation again, I conclude the reason why cause this to me:
1. Correct your bad habits and do exercise regularly.
I have working for the bank more than 3 years. Every week, I spend 5 days in front of the desk using the computer and the only 2 other days of the week, Internet, video games and TV took most of the time. Not take myself care enough in the cold winter and too much enjoy the cool air condition in the hot summer. All in one word, I have done all the things I should not to do. When time passed, the pain start to begin

2. Find the correct method for yourself and do not push yourself too hard.
This is the serious recovery process, not some Indiana Jones working style. Your limits for push-ups is 200. If you did 400 not means you get recovery faster, only means you are a fool, you hurt yourself and made the injured area more damage. There are lots of way to do the recovery physical exercise, you find in the magazine, TV, Internet. The point to those methoRAB may working very good, but may not be suits you. People are unique, no two identical person even there are no two identical thing in the whole world. So the method may work very well on other people, but may not even work on you. This takes time and patience to find out your right one. The support equipment will be very helpful in you use it in the right way. I have been using Neuromuscular Sports Tape when I do my physical exercise, it helps the muscle movement and prevent the muscle get hurt by over its limitation. So using a appropriate supporting equipment will not only help you on the recovery, but also prevent you get injured again. Remeraber, any movement will be an risk to put you in the injury list, for person who is on the injury recovery position, the chance will be doubled or even tripled, so be careful.

3. Confidence - Everything is possible. The lower back pain recovery is long, and is much more longer than you can imagine. Be prepared for a long last battle with the pain. Lower back pain is painful and most of the human body movement has been limited because of the pain, this makes you feel sad, feel like some parts of the body is not listen to you any more, and this situation will be with you for a very long time. I am so young, I have dream etc., then this pain just bring you down from the young, healthy, dreamful person who feels the pain all the time and can not fully control your own body. Sad, this is really sad, but remeraber this is not end of the day. You have to tell yourself you will win this battle, no matter how hard it will be or how long will take, you will win it, you will be the final winner. At the start of the pain appears, do not panic. You need the understand the cause of the pain very well to get rid of it. You can easily get information from the internet to understand what is lower back pain, what cause the pain, such information. When you know all that information, you will understand the pain, then will not afraid it any more. The Confidence will built up, if you don't believe yourself can get rid of the pain, then how could the pain be get rid of?

These are the experience I have when I get lower back pain. As I mentioned at the beginning of this article: Why I only using the herbal product to relief the pain? The full recovery of the lower back pain is a long last battle, it may takes few months, even few years. :angel: Dear Matt, I had lurabar disc couple years ago. I using a Chinese Herbal pain relief liniment called Ma Pak Leung log oil after I did my phycial exercise. It is really helps on the Lurabar disc recovery. As you mentioned that sports pain management website I have just visit, It does shows helpful infomation about the pain relief and the product are good with lower price compare Where I bought from. thanks for sharing those information:wave:

:wave: Hello Matt, nice to share your story. I have the same problem since last year. I keep doing what the doc told me, but it is already been two month and I didn't get any good feeling. I thought might be not enough the physical exercise, but i am afraid to getting hurt again, so could you please tell me what I am going to do next? thx.:angel:
