...to act."? W the negative agree with Ghandi's quote "an eye for an eye makes the world go blind."
We the affirmative say "If an eye for an eye makes the world go blind then isn't a blind world better than a dead world."
Is that a good response if not what is a better one and fix it so that it sounds better.
 
Vigilantism is the last bastian to justice in this world. It can be used when the law fails, to gain leverage in the legislature, to force repair. Public registry of sexual offenders comes to mind with this.
