i want to see or if cant see them i want to hear my spirit guides and my angels. i think i saw my angel once but it hasn't happen again and i did hear my spirit guide ounces as well but i want more what can i do . i know that i can and have to clear my mind and open myself to them. i tried meditation but i saw a shadow person and it scared the crap out of me but if that's what i need to do than ill do it. i also been seeing ghosts and once i heard one tell me "thank you" in Spanish this past Christmas and no one els heard it but me. when i tried meditation i did the one that i focus on my third eye is that good i'm Christian is that like worshiping another god. tell me what to do please
