If you ever have a day when you think life is getting you down, just remember there are saddos like these people...

"I even contemplate suicide..." Mike says.
Yeah, that's a good idea. Kill yourself because of a CGI film. Oh please do, that seems a very sane thing to do. Forget the real problems in the real world, top yourself cos of a CGI film.
I saw Avatar yesterday and I have no desire to visit Pandora. The fact I know it's made of computer generated polygons has something to do with it! The fact I'm also reasonably sane and of moderate intelligence and can distinguish made-up CGI from reality also plays its part!
I can understand people loving the look of Avatar and Pandora itself, it's undeniably a beautiful looking world, but it's just a film, it's not real.
If you miss that world, go visit A REAL JUNGLE. You know, with REAL PLANTS AND REAL ANIMALS. Who knows, maybe you will see A REAL WATERFALL, not a CGI one! LOL
Honestly, this is just sad. Not sad as in 'distraught' but sad as in 'pathetic'. When people long for a world made up of computer graphics and odd looking blue people, you know the human race is going downhill.
Another pathetic thing is... do these people want to live on Pandora before or after the humans visit it? "I wish I was born a real Na'vi and then I could watch as our world is destroyed!" Yeah, smart move, that. Let me book your flight so you can travel there. "Thomas Cook, how much is a flight to Pandora? I got some saddo people who want to visit it!"

And by the way, real life 'definition' - what your eyes see - is far more detailed than anything in Avatar. High definition movies - be it in the cinema or or on hdtvs - don't match what our eyes see in real life. The real jungles of Earth are far more vidid in detail than anything WETA - the CGI effects company - created in Avatar!
Honestly, some people, eh!
