I started cutting today...again.
I did it once before, and people saw and they were questioning me and I told them I "accidentally scrapped my arm on the wall". But I did it on top of my arm..
I got REALLY mad and sad about something..
This time I did it on my wrist, both of them...
Well so now I stole my brothers pocket knife out his room, because now I've gotten addicted to it again in just one day!! I have it hidden in my room, and when I get mad or sad, I do it...
And now I have cuts all over my wrists...how do I hide them??
I feel so embarrassed asking this question, but what do I do?
