There was a plastic container that measured rainwater when it rains. Maia looked at it after it rained and saw that it was at 4 inches. She then read her book outside near the rainwater measure for 2 hours. When she finished reading, she looked at the container again and it said that it had 3 inches of rainwater. She saw no leaks in the container and she was near it so nothing disturbed it. Where did the inch of rainwater go?
