this is a question for someone who knows about fish!?

i have 2 gold fish and both were eating with each other, but they have stopped eating each other now. their tail fins are a little ripped up from the fighting. now one of them its fins are starting to dis-color. my gold fish was orange and is now starting to change to the color black!
why is that?
is it a chance that it could be mold?
can fish even get mold on them?
what ever it is can it spread to my other fish?
is there a chance that my fish could die?
is there a chance that my fishes could die?

please help!!!!!!
