this is a ? about my dodge neon?

ok i have a 98 dodge neon. it is a 2.0, 4cylinder automatic. and i want to know when it will shut off? it has 120 on the dash. and how can i get it to spin tires and add more speed for raceing. i only have $100 to spend?
 
There is not much you can do with the little amount of money you have. Power brake it to get your wheels to spin and thats about it.
 
If I had that car I would use it for transportation. not racing. if you blow the engine you will be asking for a ride soon.
