this is a 1992 ford mustang 5.0..........?

hello i have a question i have a 5.0 mustang and when im on idle or stopped at a redlight my car accelerate and it decelerates it self back and fourth. i already changed the idle control valve and it still does it. does anybody know what the problem might be? THANKS!!!! SORRY IF THERE ANY SPELLING ERRORS
